Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader to join our vibrant Box Hill service. In this dual role, you will guide educational practice, deliver high-quality programs, and support children’s individual learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences that foster growth and curiosity. Responsibilities Lead and inspire educators, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a high-performing culture on the floor. Mentor, support, and model best-practice early childhood education as the Educational Leader. Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgets, resources, and compliance, ensuring smooth centre management. Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that support children’s growth and development. Prioritise health, safety, and wellbeing, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for every child. Build strong relationships with families and the community, promoting involvement and the centre’s values.
